Sydney Kofiloto
CEO and Founder
Sydney holds a BA in Financial Service from the University of Greenwich and has spent his professional life in financial services working with a number of high-profile clients over the last 15 years.
He commands an extensive and international network of investors and funds. Sydney’s finance career began as an analyst with Bordier & Cie a discretionary boutique asset manager in London. He then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Portfolio Officer thereafter spending several years at HSBC Global Asset Management on their wholesale marketing platform and working on the charity desk at Newton Investment Management.
Sydney then spent a number of years working with Royal London Asset Management, managing IFA relationships and most recently a UK Family Office managing the Private Equity and Real Estate desk.
Amy Chan
Advisory Partner
Amy has held Board Member and C-level positions for various investment funds, financial and agriculture companies in Europe & the Americas. Currently based in Sao Paulo, she is a board member of two of Brazil’s largest agricultural services companies with combined annual revenues of over USD 3 billion.
She has an international career built upon M&A, private equity investments, fund management and management consulting. Originally from London, she has lived and worked in UK, Russia, Italy, USA, Hong Kong and now Brazil. Amy holds a post-graduate diploma with distinction from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.
Mohamed Mughal
Advisory Partner
Mohamed worked for JP Morgan for 9 years on both the buy and sell side of their business and managed assets in excess of USD 1 Billion. Mohamed holds a BSc. from Imperial College at Wye, University of London.
Alexander Kingsnorth
Commodity Advisor
Alex studied History at Newcastle University
before starting a career in fund management, investing in commodities and
equities in the agricultural industry at a London-based Family Office.
After leaving finance, he accumulated
experience in a variety of roles in start-ups giving him a broad range of
skills. His role will focus on assisting NewCap with its UK and EU commodity
business.”

Edem Deklu holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) and possesses strong analytical and financial modeling skills. At Newcap, he supports deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution, with a focus on market research, valuation, and due diligence. He communicates complex financial insights clearly and effectively, aiding strategic decision-making. Edem has held leadership roles in youth and professional groups, which have strengthened his teamwork and leadership abilities. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly adaptable, he is committed to delivering impactful investment solutions.
Maame Andoh

Maame Andoh holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration, specialized in management.
She has extensive experience in customer service, people management, and media production.
She began her career as a radio show producer for Focus FM in Kumasi. She later ventured into social media marketing, enhancing her skills in digital strategy and communication. Today, she utilizes her diverse experience to provide personalized and effective investment solutions at NewCap that help clients achieve their financial goals.
Nii Aryee Otoo
IT Consultant
Nii Aryee is an IT Consultant at Newcap Partners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Media, Arts & Communications with a strong background in information systems and technology management.
